Mr Rajasekaran R is a committed community service professional with over 10 years of experience. He began his career in 2013, working on HIV projects with EFICOR and VIHAAN, where he provided livelihood support and counselling. He later managed CSR initiatives with Equitas Small Finance and ICICI Bank, and most recently served as District Supervisor for the TB Eradication Project with World Vision India (2020–2025).

He has received several awards for his work, including five Special Initiative Awards, Best Performance Awards, and an Overall Achievement Award. Rajasekaran is trained in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and counselling, and he is an expert in addressing domestic violence and adolescent needs. He enjoys playing volleyball and singing.
